HVAC Individual Heating and Cooling temperature settings in each
suite empowering you to personalize the temperature from 65-80
degrees to accommodate your preferences and comfort zone.

Electrical: Two or more circuits per suite and outlets conveniently
located on each wall of the suite insuring sufficient power supply for
additional equipment and appliances.

Lighting: Adjustable LED lighting plus UV-C Lighting to kill viruses
and bacteria — Both lighting components are adjustable to achieve
aesthetic, mood, ambience and functionality including sanitization
goals.

Access: High tech electronic access with key fob and personal
code for each suite. Clients will key in suite number and system will
announce your arrival via text message and tech pad in each suite.
